  • Payments are made with the understanding of no refunds. 

  • If a payment is overdue there will be $50 admin fee for late payment.

  • Refunds are not given for booked classes that are not attended

19. Health and safety in the studio

  • Participation in dance classes involves physical activity that may result in injury. By enrolling in or attending a class, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur. The instructor and organizers shall not be held liable for injuries sustained during participation.

  • Students are responsible to manage any health condition or injury while in the studio.
